The J.D. Power 2023 U.S. Electric Vehicle Experience (EVX) Public Charging Study focused on EV owners’ satisfaction with various DC fast chargers. Tesla’s Supercharger system notably scored 739 out of 1,000 points, outshining competitors like ChargePoint, EVgo, and Electrify America, which received scores of 636, 569, and 538 respectively.
