Tesla passes data security requirements in China amid Elon Musk visit

Seventy-six models from six car companies -- Tesla, BYD, Li Auto, Lotus, Hozon New Energy Automobile, and Nio -- meet the four compliance requirements for automotive data security in China, the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM) said in a statement last night.

My Take: Just watch what and how Tesla is doing to unveil it's latest version of Full Self-Driving software in China. Mainstream media is slow in updating the news. Tesla share price gap up almost 5% in overnight trading to 177 after EM's surprise visit to China.
