TENCENT Repurchases 1.24M Shrs for $400M

TENCENT announced that it repurchased 1.24 million shares on the Stock Exchange today (20th) at a price per share ranging from $316.2 to $328.4, involving about $400 million.

Since the ordinary resolution was approved, TENCENT has repurchased a total of 91.7926 million shares, accounting for 0.95738% of the Company's share capital.
