TENCENT Buys back 1.3M Shrs for $402M

TENCENT announced that it repurchased 1.3 million shares of the company on the Stock Exchange on 12 December at $306.4-311.6 per share, involving about $402 million.

Since the ordinary resolution was passed, the Group has repurchased approximately 112 million shares, representing approximately 1.169% of the number of shares in issue.
