Stock prices do not go up in a straight line.

Some consolidation and profit taking expected. Chinese stocks have bottomed since Feb 2024. Chinese economy is expanding nicely despite ongoing geopolitical tensions. Fear of Lehman like crisis in China has more or less abated(the Chinese government has the financial strength to ensure it does not happen). US interest rates will have to come down eventually. Confidence in Chinese equities are coming back as evidenced from the huge influx of huge foreign capital into Chinese stocks. Have no fear. The year of the dragon will be a good one for undervalued, beaten down Chinese equities.
