Sticking to my strategy in 2024
Slow and steady is the name of the game. I am investing for the long term and try to keep my eyes on the horizon. My preferred strategy is dividend reinvestment - even a modest amount will compound over time, leading to bigger returns. My strategy this year is to set aside a small amount to invest every few days so I have funds available whenever I come across a good opportunity. I also set rules for myself (limiting the amount I invest in any one opportunity and picking an exit strategy so I can lock in gains and limit losses).
