I patronise Starbucks. The coffee and food are nice, although they are not top of the class.

It has numerous chains all over the world. Wherever you go, you tend to hit one Starbucks outlet. You are likely to see people in the outlet during its business hours.

The industry is very competitive, with many other companies competing with Starbucks. With the competition, Starbucks' coffee and food seem to be expensive comparatively. On top of that, coffee price and manpower costs are on the uptrend.

It's EPS had been below consensus for two quarters conservatively.

I will take a watch and see approach first until its performance turns better.
