$SPDR S&P 500 ETF (SPY.US)$ everyone quite now. This is why I said earlier stop trying to be a fake day trader like tjr and relax for a bit. If you missed out on puts, go to sleep. If you thought calls was the right option, you shouldn't have traded. Swing trade 2-4 weeks and follow the weekly trend. If you miss out, relax and wait for a new trend.
