Spark vs LumiraDx
$LumiraDx (LMDXF.US)$ Can anyone please elaborate on the Spark and LumiraDx correlation. I read a post on pree February stock of LumiraDx not being sold. Pardon my ignorance on the matter, but I'm a bit in the shade on this. Please explain in layman terms if you can?

73497473 : Spark Therapeutics was the latest merger with Roche... Hoping Lumira goes the same way. It's a good read with a happy ending for all. Though Spark wasn't in Liquidation. The whole 1st of Feb is a rather foggy statement .(Most believe it to be a scare tactic for people to sell. Shit it even gave me the urge to immediately sell.Or in the event of takeover spares before feb and after feb will be treated differently. (Check Ryan Dick on X for almost every theory)
