10baggerbamm : I've been saying for over a year now that soundhounds patented technology is obsolete and it is and the proof was they bought a company that uses chat last December and now every news release you see from SoundHound it no longer mentions their proprietary IP it says chat solutions. chat is antiquated compared to Anthropic Claude by a country mile. and there are companies that are utilizing Claude and similar to enter the same solution space as SoundHound which means they are going to go by the way of the dodo bird they're done they're burning money hand over fist they're not making a profit they pounded the table last year that lying SOB CEO that fourth quarter cash flow positive was their goal that's why January of last year 23 they fired 50% of their workforce to reduce their expense burn rate so that they could generate a profit but the facts of the facts and now they stated their goal is to be cash flow positive maybe sometime in the second half of 2025 they're going to exhaust all of their cash which is 120 million in the bank not 200 million and they're going to exhaust the money that's being raised through their offering and they're going to have to do an additional shelf offering and to let you even further and the stock will trend down to about a dollar and then they're going to reverse split at 10 to 1 and it will collapse and then they're going to take it private and shareholders are going to get nothing
