10baggerbammOP 0MATRIX0: the past for cantor Fitzgerald is exactly that this is their consensus this is their opinion based off of valuation based off of revenue based off of losses but also based off the fact that there is going to be a secondary offering this year it will be massive probably around 400 or 500 million dollars it's already been approved the shelf offering is already done it was approved by management and shareholders fourth quarter last year the dollar amount is completely open and that is going to be extremely dilutive to shareholders.
