$SoundHound AI(SOUN.US)$ are you hating the CEO yet because he screwed everyone over last June and he screwed everyone over again by dumping and unloading shares he was on TV pumping it up on Fox Business and CNBC and every online interview saying how great their company is meanwhile they sold tens of millions of dollars worth of stock again screwed all the shareholders and now here comes more delusion by the end of this calendar year you're going to have over 400 million shares in the float I told everybody a year ago that this company is setting themselves up for a reverse split because I have been in the business long enough to see when every time you turn the corner and they keep issuing stock and more stock and diluting and more stock all they're going to do is wind up reverse splitting the stock will get shorted down to Oblivion and then they make a tender offer take the company private and all the shareholders lose and I've seen this so many times they're following the exact same history of other companies
