The CEO isn’t the only one who gets SBC…all the C-suite officers get it and so do the directors at a minimum, and unlike the CEO, theirs isn’t directly tied to the performance of the company. That’s why if you check the float it keeps going up…it’s not because of offerings because there’s nothing being published about that…did you just think the float was going up due to magic?
