Market value of existing shares = 1.29B × $29.60 = $38.184B
• Added cash = 62.73M × $27.50 = $1.725B
• New market cap = $39.909B
• New share count = 1.35273B
TERP = $39.909B ÷ 1.35273B = $29.52
📉 Drop: $29.60 → $29.52 (-0.27%)
Conclusion:
Even with full greenshoe, dilution is still extremely small.
