jtucker615 FiReBiTriXiE: the CEOs aren't stupid. They are crooks, and retail investors are allowing it. These companies put out millions of shares, and we gobble them up, then they reverse split. then comes the offering again, drive the price back down, and RS again. Retail keeps throwing money at these criminals in hopes we'll get rich, but in reality, we get nothing, and the CEOs get giant bonuses from our money. Hopefully, you don't lose too much. Put your real money in Amazon, Google, Nvidia, and Microsoft and only put play money in any of these penny stocks because, more than likely, you're going to lose it.

I know I did, it seemed from prospectus that it was a pretty decent company with good financials! Thanks for letting me know the float.
