- COVID 2020 gave rise to easy money leading to the hurrah in 2021 where IWM (Russell 2000) was rampant! - You can see it had been in that same range entire of 2021!
- With the start of 2022 rate hikes, easy money went away and we saw the wyckoff distribution play out to the lower range ==> And we have been in that lower accumulation range for 2 YEARS! and now look to challenge the upper limit again at 198!

AsphenOP Steve1717: yes. it may take a while. I'm seeing it possible when rate cuts start,albeit recession is not deep.
depends on FOMC wed, as yields expected go go up
