Singapore Telecommunications wholly owned subsidiary, Optus Mobile, agreed to provide TPG Telecom access to its regional radio access network in Australia, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Optus will receive AU$1.6 billion in service fees, with incremental cash flows of about AU$900 million expected over the same period, the filing said.
The deal with an initial term of 11 years also covers spectrum sharing in regional Australia, the filing said.
