Most recently, February CPI inflation JUMPED for the second straight month to 3.2%.
Core CPI inflation is still at 3.8% which is nearly double the Fed's long-term target.
February was the 35th consecutive month with inflation above 3%.
As inflation flattens out in the 3% to 4% range, the Fed cannot afford to pivot.
