I supposed, when there is an annoucement that the payment kiosks in Giant and Cold Storage will upgrade/improve their accountability and effectiveness to prevent their products from selling less than what are being sold physically. This is to address the problem on their self-service payment kiosks are without the weighing machine to check on the goods being scanned and paid. Who knows when someone pay lesser than what they "buy". Tee-tee-tee and there you go without a system to check on what are in your plastic bag is what you have paid. Give away...
