$SIA(C6L.SG$ : Strange phenomenon, Dow recently broke historical high, STI still struggling and sinking, preventing SIA from its infant stage of recovering. Probably because of strong Sing $, making it too expensive to invest here. Just my guess, can't find any other reason why.
