On 14th March 2024, a report confirmed that SIA will redeem SG$750 million in outstanding 3.03% bonds on their maturity on March 28 to holders on record as of March 21, according to a Singapore bourse filing on Wednesday.
On 14th March 2024, a report confirmed that SIA will redeem SG$750 million in outstanding 3.03% bonds on their maturity on March 28 to holders on record as of March 21, according to a Singapore bourse filing on Wednesday.
On the other hand, SIA prices US$500 million notes due on 21st March 2034 at 5.296% yield. (S$670 million)
Although the difference may seems negligible. But it looks to me, as if SIA only pay out S$80 million in these two transactions, at the same time, extending the loan period by another 10yrs. That means there shouldn't be any significant implications on its share's price.
However, I expect to see good dividends announcement this coming June. Good luck to all.
