Selling profitable stocks for reinvestment

Just curious at other people’s approach to selling stocks that are say up 10/15% but mentally you’re primarily a dividend investor. How often do you sell some of those stocks to take the profit for reinvestment elsewhere or what’s your mindset overall? Hope that makes sense, thanks
