According to a document posted on the SEC's official website on Wednesday, the securities regulator delayed making a decision on a document filed by the Chicago Board Options Exchange. The document proposes trading options tied to ETFs that hold bitcoin.The SEC also delayed a decision on a filing from Nasdaq.
