101625629OP 102489653: I think it works on starting 9000 shares divide 20 into 450 shares, so no fractional splits. However you do end up with 50 shares odd lot, still get it with full benefits. Only thing, SGX trades lots of 100 shares. therefore to trade that 50 shares need special arrangement with brokerage.
Fractional shares are those that when divided do not make up one whole share, like 0.2 etc that will be the one with issues. @talking bull states a solution in place, I'm not sure.
