John_The_Fox : it's a resale of shares they have sold to a third party which already has closed the offering. So it's like reopening a closed offering?
Jaguar8 : It is very clear in its news: SELLING SHARES TO ITS HOLDERS. Why would a company mislead the retail investors which would tank its share price? Doesn’t make any sense at all
