Anthian OP : Do not trust any chinese stock, they are all scams.
Anthian OP BecZee : Theres nearly 6 thousand companies on the american stock exchange and nearly 10K if you count the over the counter stocks too, with many more applying all the time so there are simply too many for the SEC to handle. All these companies have to do is file the right report and since there are way too many companies for them to audit it is not that hard to submit fraudulent reports. This scam was only listed in march 2025 and within 9 months already received a non compliance due to low bid price and have already performed a RS. Once they run out of time they will just simply apply as a different company and do it all again.

Anthian OP BecZee : They try their best to filter out all these fraudulent companies but it's just a numbers game. Enough frauds apply and some will get through. We just need to make sure to check comments and not jump straight in because it was making a rapid climb up.
