Say no to penny stocks
Bag holding is never fun.
Here are some reasons why penny stocks are not fun.
1. **(High Volatility)** Like Roller Coaster Lah: Penny stocks? Wah, their prices up and down more jialat than roller coaster at USS sia. One moment can make you feel like king, next moment, sure cry mother cry father.
2. **(Low Liquidity)** Buy Sell Also Susah: Try to buy or sell these penny stocks also can give you headache. So little people trading, you want to sell also hard, like trying to squeeze onto the last MRT during peak hour.
3. **(Lack of Information)** Simi Info Also Don’t Have: Finding info on these penny stocks is like finding a needle in a haystack, but the haystack also don’t know where. You want to smart invest also cannot, cause don’t know head or tail what the company doing.
Instead of saying bo jio, here is the sure win strategy.
DCA into s&p500 and get your yearly +10% returns.

Shootingstar : May I ask when wars end. Fed reduces interest rates. Biden is replaced and maybe prosecuted with his son. Supply chains are restored. Will etf or this high value penny stock increase more?
Shootingstar : When all the customers pull out of etfs. Will it crash in value? Because no one is auditing their holdings or how they are allocating or being put out in the maket for loan to other exchanges or as financial products in options?
Shootingstar : Sorry one last question. What is the product of etfs or they are using actual stock market shares and manipulating the real value of stocks while giving very little back to their clients.
Shootingstar : I hope you can answer some or all of my above questions. You are welcome to block me if you want to. Thanks in advance either way
Business InvestorOP Shootingstar: At this point, maybe penny stock. But the penny stock here dropped from $3 to $0.1 already. The variance is huge for penny stock, it's +300% with drawdown of -90%.
For etf, specially s&p500, it's +60% with dd -20% (covid dd is less than 6months)
If you want to bet your savings on penny stock, be my guest.
For steady (and large) growth, S&P500 is the way to go
Business InvestorOP Shootingstar: Etf by regulation (at least in USA) is backed by the actual assets. In this case, the actual stocks.
Business InvestorOP Shootingstar: Etf is different from mutual funds. Legally you can actually redeem the etf for the exact same portion of underlying stocks.
Business InvestorOP Shootingstar: I'm not sure who is auditing S&P but they should be regulated from SEC regulations.
All these concerns are the same for large cap stocks or penny stocks or etf or mutual funds.
They should be all regulated, by the same entity.
Business InvestorOP Shootingstar: I do play around with penny stocks, but I mistakenly listened to some YouTuber to buy capital land.
I'm still waiting for it to turn positive.
Malt shake Shootingstar: Tell me you’re insane without telling me you’re insane….
