FloridaCash : Yes, this will be the DWAC / Merger VOTE in 2024. Big news.
DWAC is currently creating SPAC proxies that will be sent out to Sharesholders to vote for the TMTG Merger.
*If the BOARD OF DIRECTORS, then with a shareholder vote approval, this will be a business combination merger.
A SPAC starts out at ten dollars per share.
So I'm watching the SPAC closely.
Don't know which way the price will go. We are much higher from the SPAC INITIAL $10/share price.
