Rumble Spikes 18% after Expressing Interest in Acquiring TikTok

$Rumble(RUM.US)$ , a Canadian video-sharing site, is ready to form a consortium to acquire and operate TikTok inside the US if ByteDance divests from TikTok, Chris Pavlovski, chief executive of Rumble, said. Rumble's share price spiked 18.3% to close at US$7.9 overnight.
