$Rocket(RKT.US)$ this is a great company to buy they've been around for 25 years but you have to have the right time to buy it.. can you buy rocket mortgage when interest rates Begin to Fall.. so right now the expectation is in June the Federal reserve will cut rates and once they begin to cut it will be a multi-year continuation.. so once you have confirmation of the cut even if it's a dollar higher than the present price you can buy into rocket mortgage because refinancing will gradually begin to pick up people will begin to buy houses that are more expensive because rates will be lower and rock and mortgage is a One-Stop shop.. remember couple years ago rocket mortgage was raking in so much cash they gave like a $2 special cash dividend all the shareholders right around like $22 I think it was. so you've got a double in this stock from current levels over about a 24-month period of time frame.
