Rocket Lab cleared the U.S. antitrust waiting period for its pending acquisition of Iridium and filed an S-4 while seeking FCC approval for the license transfer.
Rocket Lab also plans to maintain Iridium's $1.78 billion term loan, subject to lender approval of amendments, which could replace more expensive bridge financing.
