I can only imagine robotaxis trying to navigate busy nightlife districts where stopping is limited, much like peak hour traffic in CBDs. Unless cities quickly adapt, the widespread implementation of robotaxi Ubers could be many years away. Legally, in most cities, Ubers aren't allowed to stop in bus zones, no-stopping zones, etc., although drivers sometimes do so reluctantly. City traffic officers will likely just follow these robotaxis, issuing fine after fine.
