Are all modern listed companies that shameless? The market value of a listed company is issued based on a fixed number of shares. Shouldn't subsequent stock splits and joint shares be added and subtracted by all shareholders? Why is this company able to re-issue new shares out of thin air on its own? Is this using shareholders as money printers?
