72098791 : SWIFT has already tested Ripple’s tech for years — they’ve integrated with R3’s Corda which uses XRP for settlement, and RippleNet has connections with 300+ financial institutions worldwide. XRP is purpose-built for cross-border liquidity, with settlement speed (3–5 seconds) and negligible cost.
What we’re seeing now is SWIFT exploring experimental blockchain rails like Linea, but that doesn’t erase XRP’s role. Banks don’t move trillions through “pilots” — they need reliability, compliance, and liquidity, which XRP has been solving since 2012.
SWIFT can test other chains all day, but when it comes to production-level settlement, XRP remains the most integrated and battle-tested solution in the space.
