If you want to change the price of your stock you should not be able cause upon an investor a sale, the investor causes sales to occur when market conditions are met or not. Just because you have the ability or luxury to offer stocks for sale should not give you the ability to sell an investors stock! I didnt sell it, you did, so you committed a tort by hostilie taking control of my brokerage account!

There is another name for it, its called Bank Robbery!
