Released Financials - Signs of A Silver Lining?

The financials showing significantly more revenue and less loss YOY.
The Company purchased has a successful and patented (literally) track record manufacturing and selling ginseng. The target company also recorded $8.2million dollars in revenue and $1.5million in net profit just last year.
The ginseng industry is an 8 billion dollar industry and is expected to grow by 37.5% by 2026.
I am not a financial expert and investing in this stock was my very first stock purchase, but Increased Revenue, Lower Losses, Purchase of an income producing company that is already profitable in a growing multi billion dollar industry sounds like good news for this stock and a silver lining for us as well.
Am I wrong?
