received a call from third party
$Adverum Biotechnologies(Delisted) (ADVM.US)$hired by ADVM to panel shareholders about tender offers. I confirmed if deal is a success, shareholders will get the same as whoever tendered. (If deal fails then screwed, and cvr is worthless. Also whoever tendered might have chance to buy back share cheaper from the cash payments)
Told them I like cvr way. But last CVR is not possible. The technology could make that but not the very medicine. So first CVR is too small. Just I am aware of largest shareholder said. Price is low. A better offer would really help. I am going to wait a little for knights. Especially recently Pfizer and Novo Nordisk’s competition.
Just no idea why they call me. I don’t think they can trace me from moomoo. Must be calling from shareholders book. My stake is definitely just a regular retail. A couple of thousands dollar worthy.
