  • 104483983OP : there are many conditions. eg need to do buy trades and need to keep funds there for 30 days or more. until now i am still awaiting their clarification but no one is replying me !

  • 104483983OP : fullerton is not the issue. market down is also not my issue. i m buying the dips and am ready for it. my problem is moo's cunning tricky promotion promises and a horribly inefficient customer service team who is behaving like the typical callous china chinese way of working, who dun give a damn once they got u hook, line & sinker !  what happened to the singapore i know ? is singapore now run by a bunch of scheming conniving crooks ??? good lord !!!

  • Dadacai 104483983OP: As with any promotion by other companies, there are TnC you need to be aware of. It is not moomoo’s fault if you don’t read them. For the free stocks, you need to maintain your assets for a certain period of time. Before you shout scam, you need to be clear of which promotion you fall under. Plenty of other people have taken part in moomoo’s promotion without the issues you are apparently having. I’m not sure if your overseas location is causing the problem because moomoo operates in a few territories and your IP address could have resulted in restrictions on certain functions. For instance, someone in Brunei said he was unable to claim the free stocks because the page was blocked by the ISP in Brunei.

  • 104483983OP : i have told moo moo from day 1 (and subsequently many times after that) that i cannot access the website n the client service rep was supposed to give me full info. she gave me wrong info wrong advise n then disappeared ! as mentioned, i had to make repeated calls with no results. onlybwhen i went public, someone called me n seemingly tried to fix something and asked me to email him but after that this guy disappeared too !!!  my issue is with their disappearing act and also their staff's complete incompetence ! they themselves do not know all the tricky requirements, how can they expect someone with no access to full terms and conditions to know ? and all the you tubers promoting moo moo's offer too, not 1 of them mentioned these "hidden" requirements. makes me wonder if they were told NOT TO MENTION IT ! u din hear of anyone else with issues does not mean there are no issues. i just happen to be someone that goes after situations like this, not letting go till it is resolved. for some it may not be worth the time n energy as well as the. osts. it is costing me more than what they are supposed to give me but for me it's the principal that matters.

  • 104483983OP 104483983OP: the one that said unable to claim. they have finally sent me the shares and I have to wait for 90 days b4 it will be released and I am fine with that, I know this from the start.

    my issue now is with the 5.8% thing. and I m not referring to the bonus % on top of the basic % we will get when we subscribe to the cash funds. I know all this. my issue is (which I have repeated many times) :

    1. the client rep gave me wrong info n advise, told me to activate smart save on the first 3k I deposited. I did small amt to test the system. she told me if I dun subscribe to cash plus or the funds (fullerton or us funds), the 30 days clock will not start (this is WRONG). the 30 days starts the moment smart save ia activated. hence it was based only on 3k but i din know as she had given me wrong info. and i even replied her, good that gives me time to transfer the 50k to the acct. and i took my time not knowing the clock started based only on 3k!

    2. when i finally transfer the big sum in, i already lost abt 10 days but agn i din realise.

    3. and also, did u know that in order to get the additional bonus % (on top of the underlying fund %), buy trades must be performed?

    I found out all these when someone finally called me (after I went public) and they emailed me the full terms and conditions n I read it all hence I saw everythg. and when I tried to clarify further n seek assistance, this guy AGAIN DISAPPEARED ON ME !!!!

    AND NOW AGN I AM LEFT HANGING WITH NO SOLUTIONS NO COMMUNICATIONS TOTALLY IGNORED COS LIKE I SAID, I AM ALREADY STUCK, WHO CARES IF THEY NEED TO ADDRESS N RESOLVE THE ISSUES WITH ME !!!

  • Dadacai 104483983OP: In your recent complaints, you did not mention that you were unable to access and read the TnCs. Instead you blame moomoo for not telling you the TnC. The YTubers promoting  moomoo typically have multiple referral links for different brokers. You can’t  expect them to post all the TnCs and these can change from time to time. It will be very tedious for them to keep track even if they wanted to. It is on the applicant to read the TnC and see if they are acceptable. Just because there is a promotion doesn’t mean one has to join in. I always make it a point to read the TnC and if I cannot access them like in your case, then I would have to find a way to get a copy or don’t join. It sounds like most of the issues you face are because of your unique situation (moomoo has to incur IDD calls to call you) and so it is not fair to claim moomoo promotions are a scam to one and sundry or that moomoo is out to scam you.
