rate cuts = bullish?

$AGNC Investment Corp(AGNC.US)$ I'm in on this with new analysts upping their ratings on the company after earnings and the Fed very possibly cutting interest rates. It has survived the worst of the pandemic's rate hikes and is looking optimistic for this stock that's been beaten down. Pair with an upcoming ex date for a fat dividend, I think this is a bargain. Anyone else feeling the same?
