That math equals out to 4.3M AMC investors, which is highly laughable considering their quarterly reported showed only 15k have DRS'd.

Goldman Sachs has some ownership, and I wouldn’t be surprised if citadel did have some ownership masked through another entity, but I couldn’t find record of that in my 5 minute search . DRS ties the hands of the seller if waiting for a squeeze. It can delay sale of the registered shares by up to seven business days, and the sale price isn’t set until the sale of final. Good chance you’ll miss any squeeze by then. That’s why some of these folks shouting “DRS your shares!” Either maybe don’t know this, or are profiting from it somehow? I don’t get it.
Angel Castro8 : Yes
Angel Castro8 : Is looking like 2021 trading sideways
Piggy Bank Trader Angel Castro8: It does but you leave out the one thing that saved amc in 21’ - COVID money. AMC is dead!
John 3 16 Piggy Bank Trader: The share count divided by retail investor count is 50 shares per retail investor. We hold the float several times over.
Piggy Bank Trader John 3 16: Okay… keep believing that.

Maxxdog FANCY PANTS: DRS is stupid, fun to get at to sell....not
Maxxdog FANCY PANTS: Citadel owns part of the DRS facility.
FANCY PANTS Maxxdog: Source?
