Ryand83 M3LANI3 : well as it stands liquidated into assets the 350m was only 15% of the company's total value. I think Cayman's is trying to use scare tactics to chase out retail tbh but liquidated barebones this company is worth at least $6-7. I think Roche will be forced to fork out more or be offered a better deal.
