Prosus Continues Reduction of Tencent Stake; Tencent's Robust Buyback Activity Noted

Prosus disclosed a decrease in its stake in Tencent to 2.324 billion shares as of April 2, down from 2.377 billion shares in December last year, marking a 24.6% stake.

Concurrently, its stake in $MEITUAN-W(03690.HK)$ remained unchanged at 258 million shares.

Tencent's aggressive buyback strategy saw $49 billion spent last year, surpassing its total buyback in the past decade.
