How can you make 5%, potentially fix up the house and then try to flip it for profit? That would be a very small profit if any at all. Seriously the ppl long on this MEME stock is pumping it to make money. Business Model makes no financial sense.
I say they will be bankrupt by the time Trump finishes in 2028.
