digimonX 财神来: Was the $27 that time right before earnings call?  If yes, then it is because executives cannot trade during the 1 mth of so leading up to earnings release.  Executives have material information & nobody wants to be charged for insider trading.  If you observe, executives time their purchases/sales after earnings release.
