The company has tons of cash $143mil. The company market cap is only $70mil. How many companies can have more money in their bank than their company worth. In other words, the market did not price this stock correctly and it is deeply undervalued. Alternatively, maybe the company can consider taking their company private. It has the cash and don't need external funding
