Apollo offer 26B ie USD24 per share to take Paramount Global private. I presume David Ellison deal should be better and won’t short change the class B shareholders as Warren Buffet is one of the largest holder. Let’s see how things pend out, but short sellers will be there shorting till a deal is confirmed.

TMW1986 Kirk Holmes: He still got 10%? Unless he also sold the last 10%. Let’s see. But the deal with skydance seems complicated and not good for the current holders. Might as well just offer to take over the whole of Paramount like Apollo. It will be much neater.
