Justin Brewer : No… Skydance’s exclusive period is over at midnight tonight, but Apollo-Sony ($26 billion) and Allen Media Group ($30 billion) have already offered significantly more money less complicated complete buy-outs of Paramount.
If Sheri Redstone and the Board had abided by their fiduciary duties to all common shareholders, they would have never even considered the Skydance deal—which would have paid Redstone a HUGE premium for her shares while diluting all other shareholders.

TMW1986 : Finally Paramount consider Sony/Apollo bid, let’s see how high the offer can be pushed. Actually Allen Bryon offer is the best 30B (decent bid), hopefully got chance to push up by 4B from 26B. No mater what I feel Paramount quarter result moving forward should be getting even better after all the cost cutting/re Organization.

Justin Brewer 何時我的第一桶金: My understanding is that the $26 billion offer includes paying off Paramount’s debt, which is about $14.6 billion, so they’re really paying $11.4 billion for the stock float. However, they’re unlikely to pay an enormous premium for Redstone’s. voting shares… which means PARA common shareholders should get a much better deal from Apollo-Sony or Allen Media Group than anything Skydance has or will likely propose.
Allen Media Group’s $30 billion offer specifically included PARA $21.53 and PARAA $28.58 share price offers.
My guess would be Apollo-Sony need to be in that price range on PARA per share and a bit lower on PARAA per share to close the deal.

TMW1986 Justin Brewer: I think minimum also got usd17-19 if deal went through (after deducting debt). Just how much more can Paramount special commitment push for shareholders. I reckon will be in the range of usd21-25 will be nice and everyone happy and move on.
Justin Brewer TMW1986: I agree. My average PARA share price is $13.46 so I’m holding for the payout. I may sell $20 calls for 6/21 or 7/19 when there’s a spike since I know that any deal like this will need regulatory approval and can’t close quickly 🫡
TMW1986 Justin Brewer: 38k roadblock at 13.40. I think short sellers will still come in to short and protect their position. For now i feel share price will be news driven.
At least now got competitive bid and Skydance still didnt give up. Hope this saga can attract apple/netflix to come and bid something also? No harm trying.
Even end up no deal i believe paramount profit still can recover 2H onwards.
