$Palantir(PLTR.US$ what you need to consider the company that downgraded they listed one of the factors economic conditions if the economy slows if you look at their research reports that they have published and their opinions they have been calling on a recession now for 3 years since 2022 so ask yourself have they been right or have they been wrong they also when you look back we're saying that in January February March April May June of 23 that we were going to retest the October 22 lows so were they right or were they wrong? when you walk into a store and you see filet mignon for $25 a pound and then you see the flyer that says next week it's going to be 19.95 a pound on sale are you going to wait till it goes on sale to buy it I like things when they're on sale this is a buying opportunity for palantir I don't know what it's going to do in the next 5 or 10 minutes or next two or three days but I do know they're going to crush the earnings they're going to knock the cover off the ball again why because that's been there recent trend and there's no reason for it to stop and when it does the stock will be in the low 30s and all of the naysayers will be out again saying the market valuations too high and they'll knock it down and I'll buy more

djmiller : I agree which is why I sold to open some puts and bought to close my covered calls. I also bought some more shares. When we swing hi, I will buy to close the puts and sell some more covered calls. Suck up liquidity in both directions :). These premiums give me more shares for the mooning that will occur with earnings in may!
10baggerbammOP : what I learned over the years is you listen to people that are smarter than you so I would put Warren Buffett at the top of the list you may not agree but he's done pretty good by most people's standards. Warren Buffett has said one of his disciplines when he builds a position which means he's not in it for a day he's not in it to invest for a lunch time he's not in it for a week or a month he's looking at the big picture.. he only invests on days where the stock is down he never buys and adds to a position when the stock is having a positive movement on any daily basis.. so ask yourself do you think the government when they evaluated palantir prior to awarding them a contract over Raytheon do you think they have a little bit more insight than the average investor I would say yes getting a government contract is extremely scrutinizing and they don't award them out to everybody so take advantage of others ignorance and establish a position or add to a position when the market gives you a sale price.
digimonX : They are spreading FUD on Palantir, just like u did on AMD a couple of days ago on the news that China was banning Intel & AMD CPUs for government use. I have responded to u with a source that the impact on AMD was going to be immaterial but u went on posting the same nonsense 2 more times. (Overall impact of China's potential chip ban won't be that big, says Bernstein's Stacy Rasgon).

Biden under his cronies of his communist left want tick tock divested and sold off so there is no government control in order to remain in the US despite the hypocrisy that exists with Biden because he uses tiktok for his political campaign.. so China shoots back and throws Intel biden's poster child of his chip development act AMD which is second tier to Nvidia and says we're going to ban them. China did not say we're going to ban in video why because they would buy every chip stack that Nvidia could manufacture. so your little pissing match that you're attempting to have because AMD is up to $3 whoop-dee-doo kid big deal.
