Owner would rather spent so much money to delist Sermsuk Public Company Limited from SET, but does not choose to delist Frasers Property from SGX

Owner would rather spent so much money to delist Sermsuk Public Company Limited from SET, but does not choose to delist Frasers Property from SGX, the owners already owned so much float and they just need to buy a little more floating shares from the public to push Frasers Property for delisting.

Seriously don't know how to comment about the owners planning of their business vision.
