(2) why this company did not register with the realtor or Zillow? It is too lengthy to explain, i give you example, "Why i have to get married and tide-up myself with all the rules and responsibility to be a husband, if i able to f f others women i like or I can sleep with different women every night if i want to?" 10baggerbamm Hwang Wei Lin : this is a real estate company that's all they do the CEO said it today I gave you the link they're not a software company they're real estate because I've said it before if interest rates go to 7% on the 30-year fixed rate explain to me what software they are selling and it's crickets from everybody because there is nothing to sell they are no more of a software company and AI company then Walmart is and Walmart is a retailer.
furthermore you have a CEO that doesn't believe in a business plan he shoots from the hip he wings it he gives it the good old college try those are his words today listen to the interview.
there are no barriers to entry in real estate every person that buys a house takes business away from this company every person that sells a house takes business away from this company and their goal is to take 10% of every real estate listing and have it on their website so that they can match a seller to a buyer and then provide the financing that's their goal you're talking 10 years look how long Zillow has been in business and you think this guy's just going to waltz in and put a few t-shirts on some football players with Open door logo on it and everybody's going to come running and list their house get a fucking clue man
